- Unlimited NPS responses on every plan, including free
- Full analytics dashboard: NPS score, 0–10 distribution, and 30-day trend
- No time limit, no response cap, no card to start

## Collect feedback anywhere

- **Email** — send 0–10 surveys to any list, with the first question embedded in the email
- **In your product** — drop in the no-code web widget (triggers on time, scroll, or page), or post scores yourself with a simple authenticated API
- **CSV import** — backfill historical NPS from any tool, including teams migrating off Delighted before it sunsets on June 30, 2026

## Act on every response

- Promoters (9–10) can be invited automatically to share their story in a short AI-led interview
- Detractors trigger an instant email alert with their comment attached (route alerts into Slack on Pro)
- On Pro, scores and follow-up status sync to HubSpot and Salesforce
- Surveys carry your logo, colors, and question (remove Shine branding entirely on Pro)

## What makes Shine different

Most NPS tools stop at a number. Shine keeps going: a 9 or a 10 is a customer telling you they love you, and Shine turns that moment into a testimonial, quote card, or full case study automatically.

Measuring NPS is always free. Paid plans add Slack alerts and CRM sync, let you remove Shine branding, raise survey-send volume, and raise how many promoters you can turn into AI interviews each month; the free plan includes one promoter interview per month so you can see the full loop.

## How NPS is calculated

NPS comes from one question — "How likely are you to recommend us?" — answered 0–10. Subtract the percentage of detractors (0–6) from the percentage of promoters (9–10) for a score from −100 to 100. Passives (7–8) count toward the total but not the score.
