## How CSAT is calculated

CSAT comes from one question — "How satisfied are you?" — answered on a 1–5 scale. Your CSAT score is the percentage of responses that are satisfied (the top two boxes, 4–5), shown from 0 to 100%. Neutral (3) and dissatisfied (1–2) responses count toward the total.
