Frequently asked questions
Each ambassador gets a unique referral link. When someone clicks it, we store a 30-day cookie. If they subscribe within that window, the conversion is credited to you, even days later or on a different page. The cookie survives across pages and browser sessions.
Monthly, in the first week of the following month, once the referred customer's payment has cleared and the 14-day refund window has passed. We pay via Stripe Connect (direct deposit) or PayPal at your preference.
No. Using your own link for your own subscription doesn't qualify, and we audit for it. The program rewards real introductions, not arbitrage.
Your commission on a given customer ends at the 12-month mark from their signup date. They remain your introduction in spirit, but we cap commission to keep the program economically sustainable.
We grandfather in-flight ambassadors. Any referral you've already sent stays on the terms in place at the time they signed. Future referrals would move to new terms, with notice.
